As an architect led design build team we are dedicated to timeless design and sustainable building with an unwavering commitment to our clients needs and goals. Combining luxury with efficiency is a guiding principal in all of our work.
We have been published by numerous organizations for award winning design and craftsmanship. Our Passive House accredited building team has completed the only certified PHIUS home in central Arizona as well as numerous Net Zero homes. Our 2 Barns project is the first single family custom home to win the prestigious American Institute of Architects SRP award for sustainability and citation for design.

Our Services
Our typical design projects are new custom homes, major additions/renovations and specialty commercial spaces. Our integrated design approach includes architectural design, site/landscape design and interiors. Building engineering is typically provided under our umbrella of services.
Design
Organization, teamwork and craftsmanship are guiding principles on all of our builds. Our construction projects are accessible 24/7 to our clients through our online project management system. Open book, transparent accounting is how we structure all our jobs, we earn your trust from day one.
Build
Providing healthy, high performance, modern homes is at the cornerstone of everything we do. We are a PHIUS certified builder and have built the only PHIUS certified home in the Phoenix metro area. We have also completed projects that are certified Net Zero, Energy Star, Air Plus and LEED compliant.
Performance
An extreme, sloping site offers extraordinary views while asking more of the architecture. We shape each home in response to the terrain, the movement of the sun, and the way our clients live. Our architect-led team carries that vision from the first site studies through construction, allowing the home to emerge as a thoughtful response to its site and our client's vision.
