Currently under construction, the residence is perched on a sloping desert site, with serene views of Camelback Mountain. The home is currently on track to become the first Certified Passive House in the Phoenix Metro area. As the certified Passive House builder, KDB is collaborating closely with the architectural design team, owners, and Passive House consultants. A goal for a Zero VOC interior, high efficiency systems, cutting edge lighting and home automation are some of the additional features of the home.
