Perched in the scenic foothills North of Scottsdale, Arizona, Casa Puente was designed around a sloping site running along a seasonal arroyo. The home is broken into three main volumes, each connected by a glass-bridge element. Each volume focuses on the natural desert and powerful mountain views beyond, while also breaking down the home into guest, public, and private spaces.

The main circulation path is expressed through a compressed, floating-wood ceiling that also organizes all of the homes MPE systems.  Interior cherry millwork and furniture are complemented by raw-steel elements and three-dimensional tile.
