Currently in design, the home is anchored on the edge of an extremely sloping property near Mummy Mountain. Creating a home with integrated indoor/outdoor space and minimal level changes on a hillside lot are primary goals of the project. A large, wedge shaped, negative edge pool helps minimize the site retaining walls and looks out to the 270 degree views of the site.
