Currently under construction, the residence is part of a small, 7 home development in North, Central Phoenix. The architectural designer is from the Sedona area and has collaborated with the homeowner in the past. KDB is the local builder and is working closely with the owner and designer on all aspects of the home. Underground duct systems, high efficiency building envelope and museum quality interiors are some of the main features of the home.
