3 PROJECTS

24

COURTYARD HOUSE

Three strategically located building elements create a large, private, courtyard. This courtyard organizes the entire project and forms the central axis of the home. Timeless, natural materials, combined with custom furnishings create a curated but relaxed environment.

BOSCA HOUSE

Currently in design, the home is a simple box hovering above the natural desert, framing an array of mountain views beyond. A floating glass bridge delicately connects the cantilevered main house to the grounded garage volume which anchors the project to the desert floor

03

PT HOUSE

Nestled between boulders on a steep desert mountainside, this home opens to 360 degree views. The project is designed for comfortable living with a thoughtfully designed floor plan and numerous energy conscious systems.

KOSS DESIGN+BUILD FEATURED IN DREAM HOMES

DREAM HOMES: UNIQUE URBAN, SUBRBAN, AND VACATION HOMES DESIGN BY THE NATION’S LEANING ARCHITECTS.

Dream Homes is a book of over 1000 photographs of luxurious primary residences as well as vacation properties in all sizes, styles, and function imagined and designed by leading architects across the country. Dream Homes presents these homes in nine functional chapters: Single family homes (both large and small), urban residences, sustainable, waterfront, mountain, desert, farm/ranch, and future homes. Within each chapter there are homes from modern to traditional, each presented with the architect’s point of view to the motivations, challenges, techniques and/or materials used that make the home one-of-a-kind.
